How to Disable Recent Document List in Microsoft Word

 Just Follow the simple steps:- 

1. Open your Microsoft Word and click the Office icon.

2. Click Word Options Button

3. From the Left menu click on Advanced

4. Find the Display section here you can see the Show the number of recent documents enter the value "0".

5. Then click Ok

Now you can see the recent document list is empty.
